Final preparations for District Conference 2016
We’re on the final lap getting ready for District Conference.
Shown below is the revised timeline that highlights our basic schedule. Shift assignments are as follows:

3 shifts, 2 hours each.
1st shift is joint,
2nd shift is Alpharetta,
3rd shift is Thomasville

8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

2 shifts, 2 hours each.
1st shift is Thomasville
2nd shift is Alpharetta

If you are willing to help out at the conference, and haven’t already volunteered, please let me know by return email.
I will be doing the main badge print on Tuesday afternoon, and hosting a badge-stuffing party at my house Tuesdayevening (smoked ribs, beer, single-malt scotch).
If you are willing to help out with this, even if you’re not attending the conference please let me know. Please respond by email and PLEASE DO NOT just tell me at the meeting tomorrow morning. My short-term memory is not capable of remembering that much.
