At the Friday, 1/23/2015 meeting of the Rotary Club of Alpharetta, Susan Opferman, the Principal of Webb Bridge Middle School, and Shannon Kersey, the Principal of Alpharetta High School, recognized the teachers and students of the Quarter.  Glenn Guest and Karen Hipes were recognized with the Will Watt Fellow award, and Eric Douglas was presented with a Will Watt Fellow +1 pin and a GRSP Hue Thomas Jr. Fellow award.
 
 
Dan Merkel was the first to participate in a new feature of the club meetings called "Member Spotlight".  Each week, President Karen will appoint a member of the club to be spotlighted so that the club can learn more about its members.  This week, Dan Merkel put Steve Beecham in the spotlight and provided the club with some insightful background on Steve.
